I really can't tell you what it means other than the Top 20 positions in the tracker are the highest returns on this board and if you consistently follow them you should have returns that tends to follow theirs. When stocks start to perform better more members who invest in stocks will appear in the Top 20. I suppose it is a lagging indicator.
