The masses are now wondering what in the hell possessed them to dump everyting into bonds at or very close to the bottom and the few that resisted the urge to surrender and give into PANIC are finally feeling somewhat vindicated. Today is sweet as financials lead to the upside.
 
I still have my 1967 Zippo lighter that I carried in Vietnam. Gosh I'd like to see a 12 to 1 ratio of advancing stocks over declining stocks coupled with a 27 to 1 up to down volume ratio - that would require a 400 point gap up. There were 11 such 400 point moves back in 2008. I'd stay tuned because the herd approaches.

Still, not a lot of time to discuss because life, like the markets, has gotten away from me.

Russell 2000's weekly stochastic reading is nuts, I've never seen anything like it before. the reading has been over 98 in the last 3 weeks, and looks like the foot is still all the way down on the gas pedal. i didn't think this would last 2 weeks at levels this high, but there it still is.
 
There's more cash available to buy shares than at any time in almost two decades. Don't fight the Fed. We haven't seen a panic rally yet but be patient.
 
There has been a lot of intraday rotation going on - that is hard to see unless you are a tape reader.
 
Real style is when you hang in there with class. And, real class is when you hang in there with style. When I say you, I mean me, and maybe you.

Once the VIX (12.66 -0.33) drops through the door in the floor into the 11 zone all kinds of chaos is going to develope. There is so much money sitting still on the sidelines and when it finally becomes optimistic the market will show us some power. The Feds monetary base has exploded in a way never seen before and is unprecedented. They are on record to keep pumping until the economy is better - and it may not get that much better while BHO remains in office.
