Conducted an IFT in late June (left contribution allocation unchanged) to reflect the following:

From
C - 45%
I - 30%
S - 10%
G - 15%

To
C - 43%
I - 27%
G - 20%
S - 10%

Added a little money to my G fund in anticipation of C/S/I going down a bit in the next few months - would like to add some shares of those funds at a cheaper price.

I'm giving serious consideration to paying for professional investment advice for my TSP account in the coming year. I've looked at the premium services thru TSPTalk, as well as another one named tspfundtrading.com. I'm looking for anyone that can share their insights with me regarding their experiences with the various premium services. For example, when you get an email alerting you to get in or out of a fund, when does it come in? Due to my job, I'm often out of the office for long stretches and don't always have access to email or a computer.

Any and all comments or advice is welcome. Feel free to PM me if necessary.

Looking for a little help here -

I joined the AutoTracker in early December. Do I need to rejoin on Jan 1, or am I automatically registered for 2012?

I'm guessing that I'm good-to-go and I don't need to register again but just want to confirm...

Put in a IFT for close of business on Friday.

Going From: 50%C/20%F/20%G
Going To: 50%S/30%I/20%G

Starting 2012 on a new track. Want to become a little bit more active/smarter with my account. Goal for 2012 is to get over $200K.

Does anybody know how I can remove the poll at the top of my thread? It's a bit old (I posted it Dec 30, 2009) and I'd like to remove it. Wouldn't mind seeing a board-wide poll to see what the average TSP balance is for a TSPTalker these days. Maybe a double poll to show average balance and average years of contributions to TSP to put it in perspective.
