Sounds like Mr. Long thinks he knows best (once again) so he wants to change the default G-Allocation to the L-Funds, to protect us from ourselves, what a jerk.

Dang it the S fund was positive almost all day and then around 3 it starts to go south. Hope today is better.

Todays going to hurt. Big shake up for the AutoTracker also.

Dang!!! I was just getting back to my high point for the year.

Last month I attached a chart showing April's returns and hoped that we wouldn't see numbers like last year. The one fund that is disappointing is the S fund. I have attached the info for May and the last three years were terrible. Lets hope April can finish strong because May doesn't have a good track record. Good Luck everyone.

Maybe the ol adage "Sell in May and go away" should be changed to "Sell BEFORE May and go away".

After the run stocks have had for the last several months, it does not surprise me that we ran into some downside action in mid-April. It's very tempting to front-run the sell in May crowd for those who are longer term investors and don't mind sitting in cash or bonds for long stretches. Price is still very much being supported by the powers that be, but greed is often punished at some point.

Also, when everyone thinks something will happen in the market (sell in May)...it usually doesn't. IMHO, this year will be different. Just be ready in case it does happen.
