nasa1974's Account Talk

I really wonder if I should change my name from nasa1974 to 1974nasa. If I did then I would almost always be on top if there any ties on the Tracker. :D There are 115 of us at 1.65% on the Tracker. So because my member name starts with an "N" I fell from 47 to 132. :( But sometimes I like to look at it differently. So since we are all at the same percentage in reality we are all tied for the same spot on the Tracker. We are just spread out numerically. With that said and looking at the tied percentages above us that would put all 115 of us in 15th place on the Tracker. I like the way I think sometimes. Have a great weekend everyone.

Congratulations on being @ #15 on the AT, nasa. :D

I wouldn't be too bummed by all the ties this 1st week. It will all get mixed up once we make our moves. This happens every year, doesn't it? I only started on the AT last Feb. but I suspect after a few weeks we will all spread out. The range now is only +2.44 to -1.20. Let's hope we extend the range on the positive and reduce it on the negative. ;)

Thanks cactus. I'm not bummed out just having some fun. I was bummed out at the end of 2011 when I finished $15,000 below my 2011 high point in August.

Well yesterday was an interesting day. A rollercoaster ride for sure. I jumped from 132 to 108 on the Tracker, not that big of a leap but I'll take it.. But let's have some fun with this again. There are 105 members at 2.13% and since they are all at the same percentage that would put all of them in 3rd place on the tracker. That puts me in 4th. WOO!! HOO!!:laugh::nuts:

Looks like it is going to be a bumpy ride today. I just might have to pull on my sticky pants. I've tightened the seatbelt a little more so I will try to ride it out for right now.

A stronger dollar is telling me that the bond market is getting ready to crack.

A stronger dollar is good for the C and S funds not for F and I. Since I am in the S fund that is a good thing. :) I would rather see the VIX crack and fall closer to 16 or 17.

I'm tied w/four others with 1.68% but I'm so far down I guess I'm about a hundred or two. Wanna trade places?

HB, tread water for a few days I might meet you down there. It is funny for the first few weeks of a new year, depending how many members are 100% this or that you can see huge shifts in Tracker position. Hang in there.

Watching the on line users has been interesting the last few days. I've noticed a lot of new names and some of the more recent members have really started to contribute. Always good to get fresh ideas bouncing around.

OK!! It's almost 11pm EST and there are 26 members and 215 guests wandering around. Doesn't anybody sleep? Well, 5am comes pretty fast so I am going to chug the rest of my beer and go to bed. Tomorrow. Night.....
