I'm going back to Texas. Pretty much just like Mexico but the dollar is only worth 38 cents.

Well I'm back, what I miss? Oh yeah, May's over. Thank goodness!!

Let's see what June brings now............

While I was in Texas I actually bought two adjacent lots in a RV community on a lake with 38 miles of shoreline. One of the lots has a RV on it. Fishing, swimming, hunting and boating. Country club just on the other side of the cove from where I'm at with a nice gold course. Dues are only $70 a month. And best of all, half a mile from a new hospital!!

Went to see the guy and look over the properties on a Thursday morning which took about an hour. Said "I'll take it", went to see his lawyer, who also heads up the county abstract company, wrote a check and signed the paperwork. Done in about 20 minutes. Gotta love small town Texas......

Figure I'll spend my winters there, most people there just stay during the summer. Now I have to figure out where I want to spend my summers once I quit my day job..........hmmmmm

Hmmmm, I don't know grandma. You never really know what your getting with some of the TSP'ers here.............:blink:

Actually the properties are only about an hour and fifteen minutes from where my family is so I told my younger brother he can use them in the summer as long as he keeps the grass cut and maintains everything.

Good luck folks. BTW Tom, you might wanna put SystemTrader on the payroll. He's used this site to his advantage for awhile now. I remember last year when he wasn't doin' nothing. He's had a good 6 months. I'd rather follow someone who's been around for awhile and is known for his market savvy. ie the RevShark. But hey, to each his own.

I think ignore is better than boycott. I agree that I'd like to see Technician permanently banned because I find him destructive.
