Well Spaf.

You think market looks good. I should have went in last week. Held out safe then sorry. Now, I will look at getting in. I suspect we should have good week ahead. Oil is going down as you mentioned. We had a down day and if I knew it would have been that down I would have been in. I suspect a ride up to Friday again. So we shall see the open and move from there. With luck it will not start off to high. Small growth for me would be good. I'm at 100 G. Take care and like your new format. :^

Still Learning.

Off topic. Sorry.

Turn on your way back machine or open up your history books depending on age. Durring the Vietnam war there was a person who did not support our troops and in many persons opionions supported the enemy. She posed with the enemy and visited them to show her support for them. This would be Jane Fonda.

She has a new movie coming out. The movie is called Monster-In- Law or something like that. Before you see this movie think about it. Many people were forced into Vietnam. They did not want to go, they had to go. They did not need her and her kind making it harder on them and their families.

To my understanding she has never appologized for what she has done. She has tried to justify and say that it was a hard time or something like that for all. Well it was harder for the people forced over there.

I for one will never support a movie she is in. I will never give her any of my money. I do this in support of those serving today and those that served when she did what she did.

This is all in my opionion. Agree or not just food for thought.

Market Talk

Last Friday (April 8)was a low volume day that showed a nervous sell off in the market.

IMHO, the market would like to turn up in the trading range it seems to be caught in. However the horsemen play hard on the townfolks.2005 has been (sofar) a rough hill to climb.

Rgds, and be careful!:) Spaf

off topic: http://www.snopes.com/military/fonda.asp the movie this article mentionsmay be the one you guys are refering to...

She was on the DLetterman show last week, pushing an autbiography; still the misread poor soul.......... Received lots of cheering/clapping for her remarks about Vietnam & the governement, including today's administration.( ...I was home sick - the Only D.Letterman I've seen - had heard she would be on) -Also, the WinterSoldiers group who are doing research at the UT, I think at the Austin campus, are uncovering scads of info that bear witness to the assist her activities provided to the Viet Cong... meetings in Paris etc....

Minutes from March 22nd meeting will be released this Tuesday. This could have an impact on the market. This may stop me from going into the market tell I see how it reacts Tuesday and then go in.

Fonda- It is one thing to be against a military action. It is another to be against those who are fighting. It was a draft to Vietnam. People had no choice. They did as they had to do. They did not need her or others attacking them. They did not want to be there.( Few people are against our troops now, Thanks for that) . In the Vietnam war she was active against our troops. I still recall some thingsour troopswere called at home by works of art like her. I will not repeat.) They were attacked when they came home. It is one thing to be against a war. That is fine, it is another to attack those who had no choice and did not want to go. Our troops supported our country then and I support themnow. I will not see the movie or any movie she is in ever. Just my humble opionion. This is how I remember things.

Well Ford taxied out for take off. Missed the taxi way, and is now stuck in the mud.

Everone is falling behind..........Good grief! :X

Looks like Ford and GM have financial issues :?.
Ford said materials and health care costs. However, years ago I saw a D&B report on one of the three (name withheld). They have as many VPs as they do cars. Unbelievable! They were as top heavy as a SUV carring a elephant on the roof. I wouldn't be supprised if they had a VP in charge of lug nuts!
