Hello my friends ,Yesterday we laid my mom to rest , I don't know how I will go on , but she wanted me to take care of Xoe and keep her grades up , me and my mom were raising Xoe ,I have lost a best friend and my mother , I am still in shock over all of this , I am back into a corner and have been bottled up , now I have to be strong and carry on and fill her wishes , I know she is in Heaven and is always with me on this journey, we will all be together soon , I love You MOM , please stay in my heart and make me the best man , husband, father, grandpa , and friend with everyone I meet , this will not be easy , I am trying to do the best I can and I will be strong for you

Hard time my friend, but as your Mom said hang in there and do what has to be done. At my age I've lost them all Mom, Dad, Brothers, Sisters, most of my Cousins, all of my nephews it's hard but part of life, I'm working on being the last of the NNUUTS. Time will heal the pain but we never forget. The best to you and yours especially Xoe. You are a good man.

Your mother raised a good person. You will find the strength to go on. Xoe has someone to look up to. Grandkids are the best and look at us in different ways we never expected. We have a granddaughter (2 years old) and a grandson (18 months) and we spoil them a lot. Enjoy the moments with Xoe and observe life in her eyes.

KC, My sincerest condolences on the loss of your mother and friend. I lost my mom almost two years ago and I still miss her. I know you will continue to miss her greatly---take time to mourn. But take comfort in knowing your mom is in God's loving arms. Trust in God--he will bring you peace and give you the strength you need to carry on and care for Zoe.
