Hey KC. Great to hear from you. It's been a long time...about 5 years since I was active on the forum. Lots has changed. I now live in Phoenix which was a huge change from Washington State....but so more warmer and lots more blue sky. I worked the private sector for 3 of those years and finally had enough again so I really consider myself retired now. While I was working I just parked my money in L funds. Returns were middlin...nothing great but at least I made a few sheckels and could concentrate of the job. I had to sell my boat when I moved down here. Lake Havasai is just to far away... and I didn't want to just leave the boat in a dock for months on end without being able to sail it. That plus...the missus told me I am getting too old to take care my baby and givin that most things now ache when I wake up in the morning.......she is correct on that count. Anyways, I was sorry to read about your medical issue but know that you are in my prayers. Like you said...give it all to the lord. Look forward to following your posts on the forum and staying in touch. All the best to you KC.

I am a smoker, too and had been trying to quit. Fortunately, none of my boys picked up the habit.
Good luck to you..."this too shall pass.."

CHANTEX was the best thing that helped me but man did I dream , and have nightmares, my wife would wake me up and say I was cussing somebody out and threatening to kick there butt, I said that must be my boss , all the BS he gave me while my leg was broke , them people can be pretty heartless , but I didn't mean to cuss him, in my sleep , I had to turn around and ask GOD please forgive me, I asked for a new med , it didn't work on the craving as well but I had it in my mind no way would I ever go back this time , good luck QUITING Maricar19, I know it is very hard I just keep thinking about who's going to be here for my granddaughter , and this helps me not smoke , trust me sometimes they smell so good , and other times they stink bad like a nasty ashtray , I try to always remember the ashtray lol , now I need to get my 28 lbs back from not eating right , I don't like being a fly weight lol

on a good note I get my hearing aids today (huh) (what) lol , so tomorrow I will be listening to my

Maserati does 185 , I lost my
licenses now I cant drive
life's been god to me so far

Me too. I'm looking to buy the same car but with different finish that is going to be for sale here locally.....there is a classic car restoration group in Sun City West....they put our some phenomenal cars and they sell quite a few of them...mine will be metallic blue with lots of chrome.

That will be my last splurge in autos...but I'd like a classic car for cruising to the shows here and joining the local group...I'll post a picture in the not to distant future..

I keep finger and come back in 3 months , may be shorter in long run , but beats letting them cut it off

Thanks Norm , she has not been wet sanded or buffed actually I think the guy is so good it will not need wet sand just a buffing , and she is going to really pop
