Good morning
DakotaKid brought up a good point concerning his investment strategy where he stays partially invested most of the time, then partially presses in & out of the price waves. .
I look at the message board for the first time in 2 months and what do I see?
that old MOJO title I put up (see go advanced, to change reply titles) is still there - which I will leave since I haven't found mine, and JTH comments about what a mistake for those who buy into F-fund (nothing personal, but I just did that today, not having seen the afternoon action coming); More to the point, I haven't seen anything coming since late 2008. I was looking more toward a breach of 1,300 before putting more into equties, and it wasn't close enough at noon to do anything more than a half-hearted tip-toe.

I say this with a kind heart, it would be inconsiderate of me to say that making an entry into the F-Fund is a mistake, unappealing yes, a mistake no. I say that because I realize others may have different views and I wish not to insult them by calling their decision a mistake. As for my mojo, I never lost it, just made a mistake...
if they close off the highes will they admit they were wrong?
That's a rhetorical question right?
That's what I meant...they are never "wrong". For guys that regularly use the past to predict the future they sure like to forget about their own past.
The VIX is saying strength will arrive later today.
Ha, that describes financial planners to a T: The art of explaining tomorrow why the outcome you sold yesterday isn't coming true today.I wish it was, but as usual when they are wrong, they find someway to justify it...
