Re: Signal

Oversoldness and excessive fear are never sustainable, regardless of current or near future newsflow. And the subsequent rallies out of these oversold lows are big, fast and highly profitable. Fear is the greatest buy signal ever seen in the stock markets. Need I say more...the odds remain in favor of the cyclical bull continuation.

By S Fund up 1.92%, do you mean Wilshire 4500?
If so, do you double check and see if the S fund went up by the same amount each night and edit when necessary?

Re: Signal

Perhaps ... or fatigue. I don't pretend that it is sustainable, but I do believe that Americans are fundamentally an optimistic people.

Re: Signal

The S fund actually ended 0.2% higher than I calculated. So the new numbers are.

Up 22.7% Since Oct 7
Up 11.8% YTD.

Re: Signal

I've gone from uper 400's to #82 on the tracker using my own buy/sell system. Had I been following it since Oct 7, 2011, I would be #54. Looks like today could be negative as Greece is in the news again! I hope we don't go Eurocrisis again.

Re: Signal

Even though my signal is buy, I may go 100% G today because of the Greek crap. Last time this happened, I lost about 10%. My system cannot account for news driven data.

Will you continue to post your SIGNAL changes as now I have to manually track your system since you are deviating?

Sure. I have not made up my mind yet, but I am seriously considering it. I'll wait until closer to 12pm to make up my mind. I will also post if I did it or not.

I guess my question goes back to your system. Will your signature still be your signal status? I have been tracking your system using AT, but now you are deviating and I need to do it manually, so I am just checking.

Yes, my signature will still be my signal status.
