Not really a celebrity of any sorts, but considered well known. She's mainly a "news reporter / contributor" on a variety of shows, but also does comedy (I think) and will also do sketches, field reporting, or anything else that she's asked to do.
Her commentary is spot on and she uses humor to get her point across.

If you look at my clues, she was a field reporter on Barstool Sports but now is a contributor on a variety of Fox shows. My second clue is her first name (Kat).

actually last I read gov christie had nothing to do with that scandal, it was others in his cabinet that did it without his knowledge.
