So much for that push.

Heading for the G-Pit box to chase the copper token to start the New Year off. Hanging a dictator, the death & national mourning of a former US President, new lawmakers heading to the plate, and a seemingly flaky market wanting and begging for a correction... there will be no bang for my account to start the year off.

As of COB Thursday, I'm comfortably seated in my 2006 22.75% return YTD pile of cash. Hope my one day lateral stunt pass through the "F" to get to the G-Pit today was worth my key-punch effort.

good luck next year FT try not to stall out in the mud pit , but it looks fun do you break as many parts as me in drag racing
 
The drive train is 100% invested in the best 1970's 1 ton GM iron money can buy. Mud is a bit more forgiving than pavement too. :)
 
do you ever get close to oklahoma where is the closes mud pit? we use to have some in alex but have been closed i think for at least the last year
 
Just returned from Tulsa last night; flew out SWA to see a friend get married. The closest mud pits in San Antonio are where ever track housing roads are being cut in; after it rains. :nuts: Then there's the hill country area and any place not fenced in. :D

Well, 35 moves to pull a 22.75% final return for 2006 works just fine for me.

Decided on the Big 3 Pits; C.S.I./20.30.50.
I'm not ruling out some short term solid upward mobility from the US Markets. The C & S Pits are pretty shallow, trading at the bottom of a deep upward channel. I'm willing to make a single pass through 'em. :nuts:

Went to the G-Fund to chase the "rare" Monday penny again. It's comforting to know when you come out of a weekend, there will be no surprises negatively affecting your account. I also hope that terrorist (eh...) peace-loving Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr doesn't throw a monkey wrench in the world market machine over the weekend. He's pretty upset one of his gophers is caught in a trap. :notrust:
