ezmoney's Account Talk

Still hanging tough with the S Fund and still DCA'ing 100% I Fund. Money! Money! that's what we want and more of it.:D

This is a tribute to a brother Billy Bazemore. I went to school with Billy as many of us did Belvoir (Monkey Den) as many of us called it. Billy and his group would sing and they occasionally would let the classes go to the auditorium to hear Billy. Billy graduated and attended ECU until he was drafted by the Army and served in Vietnam. After discharge he teamed up with Bill Deal and the Rondells and later the Band Of Oz. He wrote and sang lead vocals with the hit song "Shaggin". Billy was and entertainer and was most comfortable behind a microphone belting out beach rhythm and blues. I'm sure Billy, Bill Deal and Dink Perry are harmonizing right now. We salute a brother and we are thankful to be able to see Billy perform on many occasions. Billy did a great rendition of "Reputation" and The Band Of Oz always closed with their signature rendition of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" made famous by Judy Garland in the movie the "Wizard of Oz. Sing on Billy thank for the memories and thank you for your service to our Nation. Billy was inducted into the "Beach Music Hall Of Fame". Billy passed away Febuary 08, 2011

Thanks big G, yeah! it has grown quite a bit but I'm sure you have seen the changes in Rocky Mount as well. You have a fantastic weekend.:D

I sure hope we aren't doing the roller coaster ride again this year. I want to go up; way up like the song "Fly Me To The Moon". Now if I can just find my wings.:D

Ezmoney,

If I read your post right, I'm doing the same holding my position at 40 S 60 I and contributing 100% into the I Fund. I just made the decision in this pay period.

It's going to pay off big time, one day! The I fund is about $4 down from its all time high, so there is lots of room for growth.

Good luck!

Yep, you got it right. I am 100% S Fund but I have been allocating 100% DCA'ing every pay day into the I Fund. Seems to be working for now.:D

EZMONEY, l like the way you think, however the I-Fund conditions had change europe conditions (Greece, Portugal, Irland, Spain, and Italy economics), and now Japan-20% of the I-Fund, The S-Fund is the way to go this time. I got the feelings the S-Fund will hit $26 before the I-Fund this time. However, time will let us know of course and if my feelings are wrong, the S-Fund will be way ahead of the second place and very close to the I-Fund. Just feelings.

Yes there is room on both sides of the fence at the moment. That is why I'm 100% S Fund and Dollar Cost Averaging into the I Fund. That way I'll get a mix of both, when the I is up and also hopefully still buying in on payday when it might be down hope to have a happy mix of both the lows and highs in the I Fund while the S Fund has the bulk of my money. Hopefully we all can make money on this next runup.:D

:DIf this market keeps clicking upward; I'll blow my projections for the year completely out of the water. Long way to go between now and December anything could happen.:D
