Hello Carnac!! Nice to hear from you. You know it's kind of hard to hit an upswing when we have only 2 IFTs. It's possible but if you are wrong and have to bailout you're stuck in the "G" or "F" for the remainder of the month!

Yeah...should have bought euros years ago.....then sold....sold all mine that I had left in early summer.....

Those upswings can be caught, and they don't last long do they....but the early morning action has to be interpreted correctly to catch on to it......

It's unbelievable on how much it fell over the year....and it will keep going down for a while .......

Forgot, I noticed that the 10% gainers today got 7 times the volume than the 90% losers...its a move for protection in great companies......this should tell you something.....maybe we should all buy soap!

Hmmm....looks like the volumes change as I spoke up about it.....seems the volume ratio have normalize quite a bit....so it must be bad data from Al Gooooore's poor internet .....

Hello all,

Nice to see previous posts come true, but right now its a bad situation....the recovery on this downhill train is 1.5 years in the future. I figger around Dec of 2010 we should bottom out.

Till then the Crystal Balls are showing a little upswing coming up for a while, you could get some good 2-3 day rides up, but then after that, watch the drop after Oct......

Nice action this morning....looking for a bit of a rebound from here for a few days myself.....Crystal Balls looking for a rebound, maybe till Nov....at this point though, its no telling what will happen....

Yeap, I would agree on that. I figger its a short term up here, a downer....then with a bit of a rebound coming again later on...then lets see till eoy for how much of a fall. I still expect to see mid to low 1100's on the S&P coming our way.....

Yeap...ebb had it and the CB's said it was a good opportunityearly on yesterday, but a bit risky........, realistically, it was a real good day, wonder what tomorrow brings though, looks like it could be rather nil towards the negative.....I have some new concerns about middle of next week still.....the trick here is to get to 1370 and stay above it on the S&P, but the way things have come about over the last couple of months, I wouldn't doubt more of a crash coming......I'm speculating if we go down, we could be down for a year or a bit more and 1200 would be possible.....lets see where the economics takes us....

The CB's say opportunity is still amongst us, but watch your step.....

Looking at the Crystal Balls it seems that the market could be making a run back to somewhere around 1300 (S&P wise) in the next month or so......that a good enough "V" for yer Birchy???

ONly one way to find out right? Time will tell......"Ok everyone, time to make yer bets........."

Currently, I give the C S I a 47%, 52%, and 57% chance of continuing on up.....based on past year criteria of course.....I really would like to see it come down some today myself....just to prolong a climb next week.....

Looking at the S&P for the last 50-60 years, I find it rather interesting that out economy which has declined has shown up on the charts…..we have no longer an expanding market value due to an imploding economy….but the exe’s get golden parachutes from the money they took in extreme profits from us the consumers.
I bet if Obama ever gets to vote on the economy he’ll vote……”PRESENT”……and that is what we just don’t need….because a hands off approach will be devastating….and besides, it’s a sign of being dumbfounded.
But what do I know, except I have said that the markets and economy were going down the tubes for several years now……and some said otherwise….that made them appear smarter at that time …. Until now.

I wouldn't be surprised if the S&P hits 700 this next year.....it would follow the flow of things wouldn't it.
