I think I will start this thread. It will be easier to keep track of it all.....in any case Welcome to "Carnac the Magnificient's" corner (thanks Norman-aka Nnuut). May we all prosper!!!

I'm going to start this out with a near term outlook.

S&P looks like it could climb to the 1260's-1270's or so before we get a turn around. Expecting that turn around to take the market in a fall during the summer with another opportunity coming later on....

I'm also looking for another 4% increase in the S and I funds.....till that time.....

The F fund is looking strong and I firmly believe as I have said for months it will continue for sometime...a good haven for taken a time out from the stocks...

Wish for your input, but keep it clean and market related.

I wanted to add an additional est to the S and I fund upper range....8 and 11% is possible, the 4% was the conservative estimate....it seems that ya got 2 weeks for this to happen.....

The market could be setting up for a rest day tomorrow....if it still looks like it will continue to climb for the next week or so and if its down tomorrow, it would be an opportunity to get in....its looking like the funds GFCSI could close today around these prices...

Well, if you were reading this last week and you played it as the Crystal Ball called it....you would have been clearly ahead again in the CS&I (F and G is depending on a vicious animal called interest rates with its sidekick inflation, can't ever tell what they will do to those funds of late).....(the new ball has been showing a clear sign since end of April.....) it seems to be on cruize control.......

So far it has forseen the May 10-12th debatical....,
the rebound two weeks later and then...
last weeks action.......
batting a 100....

This week it is looking for another rest day and then another possibly entry point will appear....so keep tuned.

There was this old bull standing on the hill overlooking the pasture full of cows. A young bull comes running up to the old bull and suggests that they both run down the hill into the pasture and each please a cow. The old bull says hold on junior, may I suggest we walk down and please many in the herd. I'm in no hurry to go anywhere - especially over a cliff. That is reserved for lemmings. No BS brother. Keep the help coming.

I took another look at this prediction from last week, thinking about the upper end of the S&P if this comes about.....look for the range to top out just in the 1280's if we go that'away.....

Dollar looked weak yesterday...looking for it to weaking some more before eom.....good for I fund and the EFA could get to 66 or so.....

Wilshire should mimic the other two ....if nothing else becomes bad news for the 4500......could get to 580....

FOMC coming at the end of month..Wed the 28th ..so things are going to change....

I may havt'a go get the saddle on ole Trigger if I get hard headed bulls coming our way by that time.....they gotta learn to turn before the cliff....

Took a close look at the market this morning...reason being, in times like these it pays to keep ya guard up....after yesterday, it looked like it could change its direction and drop on us but there are reasons to stay with it.....

So far so good this morning.....I will be looking and posting again before the deadline....probably around 10:30 am.....
