That's why I'm thinking about going all in!I agree with Birch, a Romney Victory will be good for the market...![]()
What will you do if Obama loses, cry?So Birch,
In somehow:toung: Obama does squeeze thru a win tonight, and you based this all on a Romney victory rally...ARE YOU GOING TO SELL TOMORROW and go G or F?
Man, you have a problem with acceptance of reality, he is a plague on our country and good riddance to the pestilence. Sorry but I call them like I see them.Yes, I'll be crying for my country.
The best, most decentpresident in recent memory would lose to a man who represents the outsourcing Wall St thugs.
Birchtree..Dow up close to 160 points - the goodbye toasted Obama Baloney rally is picking up steam. Make me money.
LOL,
The last polls came in early this morning...all averaged give Obama and electoral victory of 280-303 electoral votes (need 270 to win).
Smart money betting (Intratrade) has Obama at a 69% chance of winning...up from 65% just 2 days ago.
I don't know how to get this thru your thick skull, but what you're seeing today is the market pricing in an Obama victory, and more importantly, a continuation of Bernanke policy.
Enjoy the Obama runup...but might want to sell within 2-3 days after tomorrow, since Fiscal Cliff stuff will be coming to a head pretty quickly.
I, as a fairly young citizen of this country (27), am getting quite disgusted with this country and I really hate to say it. When legalizing marijuana becomes a more important topic than keeping my right to bear arms we have a problem. Hopefully some good happens over the next four years, but I'm not holding my breath. The Republicans need to get some stronger people at the top to run next time around, because hitting the replay button isn't working...
so if yesterday was priced in for an Obummer victory then today must be the price in for a Romney defeat..... i guess history will tell us how bad this president really is with OUR money
This should have been a slam dunk election, but the youth of America is far more educated and accepting on social issues that the baby boomers just can't let go. RNC is stuck in the 1950's. Throw in the party's stance (or perception) on immigration, science, and minorities and the party is doomed. They will continue to alienate future voters. Keep the fiscal conservatism, throw out the rest. Huntsman would have done much better than Mitt.
Sorry BearTrap, but they will lose the youthful fiscal conservative also to the libertarian party. The youthful vote of today does not want to be told what to do, so they will never except the Republican parties attempts to legislate morality (war on drugs, anti gay marriage, etc.). They will either become democrats or libertarian's depending on their fiscal policy views. If the republican party wants to survive they will have to except Ron Paul's following.
There is a strong possibility that the Obama win may push more dividend income in my direction - so that's a small blessing. Very interesting for sure.
Mindylou says read this and then sit back and think about the future - I'm staying positive for the long haul.
