Decided to do a little buying before the markets gets pushy: AXS, GAP, LDL, DDR, MAS, CRI, SMP, HRS, HVT, FBN. If the Dow goes above 100 points I'll be back for more.

Please Mr. Custer I don't wanna go - so keep the VIX from falling rapidly so I can stay off the lily pad. I fear that tomorrow the market will push me to chase and chase I will because this early in a bull market the best policy is to buy early and buy often. Snort. Unfortunately, the VIX is scheduled to drop through 25 once again - so let the fun begin for those delirious for risk. Eight more trading days to pop SPX of 1036.

Did I hear correctly the China market rebounded 4.52% over night? Is that going to be a harbinger for today? The market currently doesn't like the negative news on jobless claims, but that's only temporary. Better news is on the way - early dip and then rally into the close again for bullish activity.

The VIX is dropping, the VIX is dropping - currently at 25.20 down 1.06. Big move coming this afternoon and the financial sector is leading the way to glory.

"Take a quick look at the U.S. dollar. It formed a very nice H&S pattern and broke down to the measured move area quickly. Also this chart looks like a large bull flag and could start to move higher from this support level in coming months. If this happens we will see precious metal prices drop."

The Obama administration is now going to save $250B by not giving it to the banks because the banks are no longer in deprivation. Why not use that extra money and increase the welfare checks and solve the housing crisis. That would help to keep the minority at risk population from defaulting on their mortgages - novel idea I think. That would ensure a democratic vote later.

The VIX has broken the 25 level and my investment adviser, Mindylou, says don't be a chicklett and do some buying. If we rocket higher buy more. Today we accumulated: JNY, TEN, LZB, GMR, BRC, BW, BXS, CBG. Don't try this at home.

Just grabbing a few more before we close: CBU, CSL, CBL, LYBI, MDS, MDR. The VIX has come down nicely today - currently at 24.82 down 1.44.

I can't seem to shake this thought..:o

Is Mindylou the name of your cat?

And if that is her name ... does she speak to you very often?

Hummm...or did you name your cat after your investment adviser?:p

Mindylou is my Tonkinese cat and my investment cohort - she is very perseptive when it comes to investing and I ask for her opinions often. She has been very accurate on her timing. She told me today that I have the capacity to over take Tom1Tom1 on the tracker by the end of the next 7 trading sessions. We are both watching the VIX drop and it was her suggestion that I move the tugboat to the lily pad when we violate the 20 level - hope that's at least two months from now.

Birch,
Of all the posts you've ever made - this is the best by far !!

Even though Ella and I have not yet acquired the Financial Relationship you and Mindylou have obtained there is no relationship on this Earth that supercedes hers.

There is no one that soaks my love up more... none that love me to the degree she does... and none have have demonstated unconditional love and the utmost loyality like her...

But just like Men and Women are different - so are Cats and Dogs and somehow I don't think Ella is wired for Investments - where as Mindylou is perfect for it.

Much more than that is the fact that Mindylou is far more in tune with you - and Ella is far more in tune with me - than any human being alive... so it may be she is not only hugely in touch with everything going on with your thoughts... but she's got that added advantage of throwing in a perspective 'uniquely hers' and she is bound to make you very proud of who she is.

Anyway - this is your BEST !!!

Perfect way to end the day

Mindylou is currently researching Ichimoku Kinko Hyo - Clouds. Perhaps Alevin can offer some suggestins to make the reading easier. Will tomorrow be day #4 on the upside - boy would I like a 300 point barn burner to turn this pyromaniac on. I could actually end up making money on the week after giving back $60K on Monday.

I've lived with 2 Siamese myself. Tried to adopt another last year when her family abandoned her, but she wouldn't allow herself to be caught, haven't seen her in awhile, she had migrated to nearby farm property last fall, seen her only a couple times since.

Tell MindyLou Ichimokus are really cool, I use them every day now that I halfway understand them, still learning by watching tho, and need to dig into the time-count chapters, havent gotten there yet. Adding TD DeMark to the mix now too, Chapter 1 halfway through, still sinking in, time-count factors there too.
