Yes, it is my understanding that the PIP figure includes contributions.

Since the retired no longer contribute, would that indicate they have just about maxed theirs?

Maybe too careful here, but: pulled 50% off to G -- went from 40 C 60 S -- to -- 50 G, 20 C, 30 S

Taking 10% more off the table to G fund -- 60% G; 15% C; 25% S; COB today

Looks like Bank of America news may canx out the gloomy GE news

Jumped back out and burned my first IFT COB today -- 100% G

Will look to reenter and hold -- but the way things have been going, I had set a 1% gain to lock profit -- and it appears it MAY happen today.
