Naw, we got 6 cents.

Using TSPLookup, you have to Update right at or after the cutoff time which is 12:15 EDT (Eastern Daylight Time.) The longer you wait after the cutoff time the more your Final Estimate will be off.

TSPLookup was within a few hundredths of a percent today. I recall I Updated at 11:17 CDT and had a Final Estimate of +.247% or 6 cents. Pretty close to the EAFE Final of +.259% or 6 cents.

Are you referring to the EFA:IND quote at bloomberg.com? I think it's just an estimate - just like TSPLookup. They cut it off at 12:30, then update it with the actual MSCI EAFE final after it is posted at mscibarra.com.

I am going to lock my profits today and go into the F Fund. The markets are starting to worry me. Everyone seems to be very bullish at saying 14000 and crap like that. I was thinking yesterday that the US DOLLAR would fall and the I Fund pop. Now, I am happy and will not get greedy. I felt Tuesday, the market would sell-off and they did not. The markets are overdue for a nice dip. Never go broke taking a profit!!! China is a real thorn and when it falls, you will see very market around the world tank.
 
11:40 EDT estimate:
TSPLookup: +.785% or +19 cents.
bloomberg.com: +.73% or +18 cents.

Note that bloomberg.com is ten minutes delayed.

Same deal, here...no way I want to go into the MD weekend worrying about the market. I just want to enjoy the BBQ and get my penny on Tuesday.
