Well....I'm gonna jump in the G fung at COB today. I got lucky going in Friday and picking up the .24 cents. Today is up in the air but there seems to be a lot going on this week. Good luck!!!

Looks like everybody went to the lilly pad except for me, Fundsurfer and Milkman. I don't understand it. The markets are no longer overbought and most economist are expecting the core CPI to rise to .2%. If it comes at .2%, the markets might be ok because it would still drop the YOY to 2.4%. if it comes in less, the markets might have a good day. Anything above .2% would be a disaster of course. I switched to the S fund because the dollar might rise on the CPI report.

One forecast was for .6% but the source is not reliable so I didn't post it.
I was hoping for more info/input but the board was quiet today.

That's the headline number. That was also the same number posted last month. The core number, which came in at .1% last month, is expected to rise to .2%.

I'm with ya 350z, I see good things til Wednesday.....I might jump but tomorrow will tell all. I think alot of TSP'ers are going to jump and bring us down a bit. I remember from someone ....the only thing we have to fear is FEAR itself....:worried:

Todays move say's it all about that uneasy CPI feeling in the markets. Appartently... others feel the same.
Japan's earnings season will reach its peak this week……

…As a reminder, a more closely watched update on inflation at the "consumer" level (e.g. CPI) will hit the wires at this time tomorrow morning.

I have an uneasy feeling about CPI for tomorrow, anyone else?

G 11.92 +.01 (+0.08%)
F 11.36 -.01 (-0.09%)
C 16.74 -.03 (-0.18%)
S 20.29 -.12 (-0.59%)
I 24.32 +.04 (+0.16%)

We got an extra penny from the I-fund probably due to rounding the numbers. :)

Ebb,
You are proving the excellent worth your tracker has. Congrats! The absolute performance today supports you. Interesting to see the ebbtracker detecting the potential moves three days ago. Overall, there is no way anyone can detract from your system. Best regards. :)

Early estimate: Up .153% or 4 cents.

I will be in OKC again starting tomorrow, so somebody else needs to post estimates for the next 3 weeks.

You will be missed. Hopefully, Jayhawk or someone steps to the plate for the estimates or I have to download that spreadsheet. Just have no time lately. GL 350Z

With the way asia sold off last night, the I fund is almost a NO BRAINER. The only problem is tomorrow's housing news, which will drive the dollar down anyway to cushion any sell off.

The I fund will be the safeest place to gamble for tomorrow and the F fund will be the safest overall.
