Since Rod is trying to give every I funder a heart attack, my current estimate for the I fund is a lose of .972% or 22 cents, plus last Fridays' -FV of 20 cents equals a current total of only -2 cents!:D

This will change once the European markets open, right?

350Z,
You need to get a Powerheart G3 defibrillator for your thread. Maybe put it in a cabinet on post#1

What's 3.5% of $1,000,000? Just $35,000? Is that how much my future self is losing by me absorbing the losses today?

European shares seen opening down sharply-bookies
Mon Mar 5, 2007 1:26am ET

LONDON, March 5 (Reuters) - Major European markets are expected to open down around 2 percent on Monday, financial bookmakers said, after Asian stocks were battered on the back of a surging yen, extending a global sell-off that began last week.

Britain's FTSE 100 <.FTSE> is expected to open 1.8 percent lower, while Germany's DAX <.GDAXI> and France's CAC 40 <.FCHI> are expected to open down 2 and 2.2 percent, respectively.

The yen <JPY=> hit three-month highs against the dollar and the euro as investors rushed to close out risky trades and pay off the cheap yen loans that financed them.

Ebb,
Are we still on track today? 350, can you please give us a better idea of how the FV or a coorection of last Friday's -FV would most likely be handled by Barclay? Thank you!

FV question...

If there are multiple consecutive days that would trigger an FV (all in the same direction), how does Barclay apply the FV? Has that happened before?

I can see 2 scenarios assuming they are -FVs:

1. The followup +FV would negate part of the -FV.
2. They would hold applying the +FVs from the first and following days until there is a non-FV day.

The first option would tend to smooth the I fund pricing, but the second may open up a big bounce play sometime soon.

I hate to bump myself, but can anyone help me here?
