That fund is older than me but regarding Buffett his game is individual stocks and companies not the SP500. This is a game to him that was my point. I remember last month he was on a World Tour looking to spend a few Billion. If there is one thing about Buffett he never shows his hand until after he buys a Company or invests in a Company.

Using the C Fund I doubt his bet holds any water on the street but for him it's good press. He should take a few Billion and start drilling of the Coast but as we saw today why in Congress drill when we can be at the mercy of OPEC - It is a disgrace !!!.

I FUND is way oversold at these levels. It is down almost 7% for the month. Looking for at least a 3% from these low levels. Too many bears out there, this was a big reason why I jumped in the I FUND . As of now the I FUND is down about.50% this morning. Planting my seeds and waiting for some great results for the month of June.

I'm in the I-Fund and looking for a 3% gain as well. We'll be riding this train together. :D

I think I'll just tag along with you and Paladin for a few days...Maybe I can grab a few bucks profit ...then back to my 50 G/50 stocks formula I've been experimenting with this year..so far, it's been insulating me to the big downsides..

I would be well satisfied with a 1 to 3 % gain in the I fund. Hold on...its going to be a roller coaster.:nuts: We picked a nice little lift up on Friday the 13th. Much better than last Friday.
 
I will be monitoring this thread for the ejection point to the G fund. Good luck to us all.....

Looks like oil's spike this am hurt our profiteering in the I Fund. Nikkei did it's job but the FTSE is down .073% as we speak...oh well..back to G and C for me.

Oil is up but that's not all bad for the I-fund. Lots of oil companies in the I fund and the weak dollar has a lot to do with that rise in oil. It's all good, and that's why the EFA is flat to slightly up right now despite the early U.S. weakness.

This retracement of some of Friday's gains is a healthy move for stocks. If they went straight up again, there would be little support going forward (short-term).

Are you in or out right now? I didn't plan to stay long in I, just a few days. I expect the bear to reassert itself and thought I'd play the odds...Looks like I came out a little ahead..Thanks for your thoughts.

I am in the I fund as of today, and also plan for just a short stay with it being options week and w/ dollar near resistance.
