A federal judge says sugar beet farmers can't plant genetically engineered varieties next year, and those farmers, who produce half of America's sugar, now are in a bind. Many of them say they cannot go back to the way they used to work because they don't own those tools anymore and there aren't enough conventional seeds to go around.

Levels of PM2.5 are comparatively low in the United States, though noticeable pockets are clearly visible over urban areas in the Midwest and East.

Here in southeastern Arizona (I'm just about spittin' distance to the border) we get stuff in the air from China and probably Africa every once in awhile.

It turns the sky a dull tannish orange.

I stay indoors when the air is like that as I have asthma.
 
I don't have a clue what the market is going to do. All I know is...we either are going to sell off now or very soon. Then, I still won't know what the market will do. All I know is, I will reenter the market when the elections are just about completed. So for the short term, I believe I could get hurt very much in this market climate. So, I will sit on the Lilly pad for now.

Through November, net new flows into North American equity ETFs/ETPs have totaled $21 billion, compared with just $2 billion in 2009. Over the same time period this year, flows into emerging markets equity ETFs/ETPs overall have totaled $29 billion, compared with $27 billion last year.
