Why 10 posts?

It's a service we provide to our members who post regularly. We saw a lot of people show up for a day then disappear. Their account ends up tagging along unattended on the list with the same allocation for months or years.
It used to be 50 posts when the tracker was done manually, but we cut it to 10 when it was automated, although there is still some manually work being done on the tallies.
We also drop people if they don't post anything in 90 days.
