Who Are You Voting For ?

I'm voting for the REPEAL of the HATCH ACT!!!!
Er....nice sentiment but please no. It stops the Appointees from having office "get out to vote [for our candidate]" parties. A couple years ago, a newbie appointee tried to arrange one for our entire Bureau, before the Office of the General Counsel informed him of the error of his ways.

It used to be worse, you weren't even allowed to go to party meetings, caucuses or conventions on your off hours. We just have to be careful now what we do during work hours.

I'm voting for Cindy McCain - she's a winner and has always been proud of her country.
And she's HOT

"From the time Barack Obama was sworn in as a United State Senator, to the time he announced he was forming a Presidential exploratory committee, he logged 143 days of experience in the Senate. That's how many days the Senate was actually in session and working. After 143
days of work experience, Obama believed he was ready to be Commander In Chief, Leader of the Free World, and fill the shoes of Abraham Lincoln, FDR, JFK and Ronald Reagan. 143 days. I keep leftovers in my refrigerator longer than that." Cindy McCain

I'm voting against the party of Borrow and Spend.
The one that used to contain the Fiscal Conservatives, then kicked them of the Party.
Voted for McCain in 2000. Now he wants to tax cut and keep the wars going. Which means, you have to keep borrowing.
Not this time, voting for Obama. Both candidates are increasing spending, it's just a matter of when the bill comes due. I prefer pay as you go. Borrow and spend just puts off the pain until after I'm on a fixed income (retired).

Yeah Spotlight, your original post was cute/funny.

Does anyone know for sure are our only choices going to be Obama or McCain on Election Day?

Miss Piggy,

THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! THANK YOU !

My original post was meant to be just "funny"....didn't mean to start a raging debate....I love seeing what everyone is thinking, but I just posted this 'cause I'm a "Stooge"....it's a "guy" thing :D

Should've used a different "Subject" line....

Stoplight...

Buster honey, that article doesn't say anything about his wife making him change anything. converting from Islam to Christianity is not like changing your shirt, it's a huge potentially deadly deal, certainly to someone who is a serious follower of Islam.

The book he wrote about his growing up (grade school, Buster, grade school) years in Indonesia and later teenager years in US, was published in 94 when he was still a state senator. He started attending church in Chicago long before he ever met his wife. Let's try to keep the facts straight, or at least straighter, ok? A little broader reading might help with that.

I'd vote for Curly, but he takes too much abuse! :toung: How about Colbert for President?:p (I'm not a politician, I just play one on TV)

If you sincerely want to bend over and appease the Russian Bear then vote for Obama because the world is about to change again - aggression and the fear of it will be the new world mantra. Good luck with that.

How about taking it a step further? If you sincerely want to bend over, vote. Put your responsibility into someone else's hands.

Sigh, you're too serious, Birch. I was trying to get this thread back on the joke. My serious assesment is further down on the thread. That was before I realized that the proposal was which of the 3 Stooges would you like?

Why not? Let's make everyone president. And make sure all women over 60 have tattoos of our names.
