Why is it taken so long?

Attached is a photograph of the planes we flew in Vietnam that were hit by RPGs way back in 1969. Like 37 years ago!

It is curious how some of our past presidents are called names for advocating, in essence, pay as you go policies concerning US government expenditures. Presidents like Carter and Clinton -- the latter who actually presided over the last fiscal surpluses in decades.

Since these two presidents the US government has gone into the TRILLONS of dollars into debt to those nations and their institutions who cannot be counted on as friends and who may simply take whatever advantage they can should the opportunity present itself.
