mayday: sorry i was not clear; it is simple system, if you click on the attached file, and open the MS-Excel file which has a chart of the average of the first 21 trading days of the month of August for the Russell 2000 which is basically the S-Fund; the chart will show how the Russell 2000 had behave averagely during the month of August; d01, d02, d03... are the first, second, third... days of trading the month of August, day d09 is one of the lowest days of the month which this year is the 13th of August, and the day d13 is on of the highest days of the month which is the 17th of August this month (new moon) also. Please let me know any questions i may help you to answer.

konakathy: yes, this is a component of the total work. it is still a partial work; the full work still being testing. it combines several algorithms. and of course, still dancing the full moons. sorry you were not able to open the file. perhaps you may need a MS-Office (Excel) or to wait couple minutes. If you prefer, I may try to send the attachment via an internal email to you (i tried and it does not allows attchment files) or let me have your email and i will send it to you.

Sounds promising and very exciting. Congratulations! Maybe I need to go back to read some of the old posts to catch up, but when someone makes a big claim like that (with a big font ) we probably need to qualify it.

i.e.: Is that back-tested results? Data mined? etc.

You're on the Autotracker at +6.6% for 2102 so this is why I ask.

You're a good guy and I know you wouldn't try to mislead, but a lot of people read this forum and I want to make sure they have all the info. I've been down this road many times before with other folks making big claims.

Looks like this may be based on 10 years of historical seasonality. Correct me if I'm wrong, TSPIntel.

MrJohnRoss: I am willing to share my strategy. It is very simple, but I tested and it gave 35.086% last six month... it will give around 19% or for the next 5 months, rest of the year. tsptalk, I never have used big font till now. I do not belief I have abused it. But, sorry if I did and I apologyzed if I used the big font incorrectly. :embarrest: Please let me know if it is any guidelines for using big font? and please let me direct me so I may comply with them.
I think we may call it both, but mainly back testing 12 months and data mining/manipulations, however, the neural network NN still testing confirmation. I know I just finished half of part 2 and I will start applying what I got so far. It may take some time till everything is done. You are correct, what I had so far and I had applied till now gave me only 6.6% this year so far in the Autotracker. My intentions is to freely share all the info of this simple strategy(ies) with everyone interested. In my opinion 35.086% is not a big claim. though it is a decent one or it may be the most the TSP allows us to get due to the limitations they imposed on us. (such as limit IFTs, etc.) Back test, this strategy would give around 19% the next five months left this year. Time is the only one that will let us know if it is or not real deal. Again, thank you very much for facilitating the arena to share and the education provided. I truly appreciated.

I have my own system and use a premium service but am also interested in yours - compare all 3 systems. Are you going to post your buy and sell recommendations on this thread?
