TSP Jail

yeah, that sucks. just had to go and break it first, whatever gets you the bread, man.

total non-dwill fan now.

hope that jerk loses more games than he wins from here on out. reap what you sow.

Hey, You're not exactly a beautiful blonde yourself !

Lighten up Daffy! I was referring to your predosposition for getting into trouble. If I hang out with you, I may be perceived as a troublemaker. Turn that frown upside down!

I refer to the (G) Fund as the (G)arage. Even though your investment vehicle is locked in,
the keys are handed to you in short order. Look at it as if your vehicle need a rest in stormy
weather (like the last 3 days). I'd rather park in a (G)arage, then be in jail. Sometimes, it helps
to look at things as an opportunity. Kinda like with Lemons, make Lemonaide. Think positive ! ;)

Damn Restrictions ! (LoL)

i encourage everyone to go to jail. at least once. and i don't mean on one of them scare you straight type school field trips, i'm talkin real afraid to drop the soap type stuff.

it helps build character.

Burro. Have you explained the TSP Jail to the newer members? Some may not be aware of what its all about and Birch isnt likely to bring it up.

Read post #1 and you should get the jist.

A "timeout" is when Tom temporarily removes (ban is a harsh word) a posters posting rights - due to some kind of blowup or remark(s) that violates TOS.

But usually it take multiple offenses b/c Tom is pretty lienient and an all around nice guy, we think so anyway. :D

In essence these monopoly cards are absolulutely worthless to get you admonished from a time out, if Tom pulls your plug..you serve the time..card or no card period.. (per Tom)...But, Burro has a nervouse twitch and must satisfy it with hit photoshop program skills to create these trinkets of no vlaue for fun...

not knocking his efforts, but he must have a tree-fort mentality from his kid days.:D

if i knew what it was all about, i'd be sitting on a sunny beach somewhere, laughing at the little folk, instead i'm one of the little folk.

i think i remember what it was supposed to be when it started out, but then things changed, they always do, and then changed some more, and now it is what it is now?

back in the day when we used to get pretty worked up around here about all the political stuff... ah good times... but we have a octogan for those kind of things now... http://www.beltwaytalk.com/member.php?6-burrocrat... tell 'em some ahole sent ya.

anyway, birch got himself banned for some particularly hot content, and mcduck did too, then birch did it again, and some other folks got carried away sometimes too. so jail was a place to poke a little fun and remind ourselves to straighten up and fly right, and where you could say things that might not be fit for certain company.

and then it went from there. did i miss anything?

yeah, what he said.

Well, I think it is pretty darn creative and I love the idea! I figured the cards were worthless but I love the novelty of it all. Way to go, Burro!:D

Pretty happy with ourselfs arent we?
You just had to pry and now...now BT's dirty little secret is out. (again)

So now you know the awful truth about Birchtree, yes he is a Jail bird and McDuck is a Jail duck. But I think they have reformed their ways - at least we think they have. Time may tell a different story. There are certain "buttons" that we dont want to push...anyway...

BTW: The best way to stay out of TSPJail is to bribe Tom, I heard he loves money but be prepared to pay out more than posting here is worth. :D

Fab

Belief me, if I was to comment on some of the things I've read here (not this particular thread), I would be calling jail my home. Some of the comments are quite tempting. Takes a lot not to say anything.

Oh c'mon and express yourself ! !

we like to be entertained. :D

My last arrest had to do with a camel toe reference - I was thinking about Obama's little brown toes and I was way off center. My daughter had to explain to me why my comment was off base. So I've been educated.
