I always read a post where guy x says i violated rule #3 or i am following rule #2.

are these a real set of rules or just something they make up.

i have little rules too. Not numbered. Like. The trend is your friend. Dont be greedy. never call your girlfriend after four drinks, etc.

i was just wondering if there is really a set of rules either for tsptalk or within investing groups.
