Squalebear's Account Talk

I got the high ground you can't hide from me. "eye in the sky" ;)

"I am the maker of rulez, dealing with foolz, I can read your mind" (Stuck In The 80's !)

Lady's and Gentlemen, I officially announce that I am a wimp and Bailed 100% to the (G)Fund @ an estimated +1.1036% for March. I await a dip and not a major correction. I have one more Regular IFT left for the month ! Good Luck To You All ! :)

SB, great to C YA!

Looks like your locking in some profits...The Bear is Bearish today! hahaha

Saw you hanging out at this site: LINK

Hi FRIXXXX !

No, this Bear isn't Bearish. In fact, he leans on the side of the Bull. The
beginning of this month (March) is shaping into a February clone. IMHO.
We saw a two great days of gains, only to see them disappear. I plan
on taking advantage of that next dip and reap the rewards.

Now, the only thing left to do is for me to go down on Wall Street and tell
them that anything different will be unacceptable ! I'll also inform them of
my Italian heritage and what that could mean ! (Hide your horses) !

A Final note for today:

The $EFDY closed up +1.42% around 12:40ish this afternoon.
As of 3pm, the Euro looks promisingly up against the Dollar.:)
Currently, there is a $0.02 TSP Cent overpayment to payback.:(
This leads me towards believing that the (I)Fund will close around $18.06 per share or +1.31% :D

I don't know how much infuence the US Market will have to the downside nor the EURO to the upside !

But I have my fingers crossed as I'm in the TSP Jail as of tomorrow !

Just when I thought it was possible to spend some quality time at TSPTalk,
I come down with an upper respitory that almost landed me in the hospital.
I may be down, but I'm not out !

Especially with my TSP Account. Today, I decided that I've missed too
much of this joyride and made the following IFT;

(C)20%
(S)20%
(I.)60%

I'll Be Back !

It's been some time ! Alot has happend, maybe even too much to say in
one sit down. I have my home up for sale (happy/sad scenario) and used
some TSP Money to buy a Double Wide Modular Home. Yes, we will call it
"downsizing" because Teddybear and I couldn't possibly keep up with the
4 BR Victorian Home (built 1894) we currently live in. But what a deal we
found. It was an Estate Sale and the average Modular sells for $40k more
then what we paid. God Bless The TSP and God Bless all off my (TSPTalk)
friends for helping me accumulate enough wealth to make this a reality.
Heck, I still have a pretty good amount still in there to $PLAY$ with ! (LoL).

Today, I scheduled a IFT and will go back to the (G) Fund ! This move is
not based on current market conditions, however, next week looks to be
too scarey for my tastes. Soooooooo, there you have it ! Oh yes, I all most
forgot ! I also moved 100% of my money to the (G) Fund because I don't
trust the TSP folks to get everything right, so, I made it as easy as I could
for them. (LoL) !

Hope to be back soon ! Maybe from the New Ponderosa !
Good Luck And Be Careful ! :)

SB, life happens while we're making plans. Glad to hear that you're adapting to life in the slow lane and you are discovering God's provision for when adaptation is needed.

SB, Haven't seen you cruising the MB for so long I was ready to call in the search dogs. :D Good health and much wealth.

Hey Bro!

Wish I could buy that house from ya.....That way you could come and visit.....

Send me a pic or link to the real estate site!

Congrats bro, Keep the faith, and tell the missus "HI" from all of us!

I'm thrilled for ya Squale. An 1894 Victorian Home would be a never ending battle to keep up -- and would take a toll on ya even if you had it paid off.

God is wonderful Squale -- sounds like it was meant for ya.

I sometimes wonder if our big brother is getting a little too much at the Lake ... as downsizing would seem a bit easier .... but then the pitter patter of little feet running through the house would be pretty hard to beat.

Speaking of which -- how's the precious Grandchild doin ??

Great idea SQ. I wish I could move into a smaller more managable house. Compared to the third world I feel like a glutonous bastard. I would very much like to live the RV life when I retire. :D
