Squalebear's Account Talk

I'm having a hard time dealing with the likelihood of getting a PaceMaker
and haven't been here as often as I would like. Too much on the plate as
of late. I just wanted to stop by and let ya's know that I haven't kicked
the bucket just yet and I'll be around as often as I can. ;)

Glad you checked in, SB. Been wondering what's been keeping you so quiet. Many big decisions, life changes, mental-emotional adjustments to change in reality. take your time, pray for ability to find peace with decisions. I struggled at age 25 whether to let them fuse my ankle-me a wildland field ecologist. I duked it out with my fears and body for 9 months until I was finally convinced it was the right thing to do for longterm quality of life and maybe not have to change careers. Have never regretted the decision despite unforeseen little unexpecteds and imperfect outcomes that resulted. The surgery gave me back my life and a career-tho not the same as before. No regrets. Same to you, big guy.

Words to live by ! I'll always do what's best, because my "Widget" or as I like to call her; "My Wiggie Woo" is counting on it ! More Below !!!!!

I made a IFT today and bailed out of all the Risk Funds and back into the (G) Fund ! Many have been calling for a correction until they've turned blue in the face. Maybe even alittle Green with envy  of those who stuck it out this long ! Well, I think it's time to give the Bears some breathing room. Not for long mind you ! Just long enough to fool them into a false sense of security! ;) Thats All For Now -------> 100% (G) p.s. Would you believe that the above picture is a few weeks old and that Kiera grows more beautiful by the second !

Friend, my 1st Grandfather died when I was 2 years old and I have 2 memories of him. I wish I had gotten to known him and I wish I had stories from him, to pass down to my own children.

Stick around ;)

SB,

Great picture. She is going to break some hearts for sure.

My grandfather was 3 months short of 100. My two girls really enjoyed going over to great-grandpa's and listening to his stories. He still was very sharp of mind and still lived in the house my dad and uncles grew up in. SB do not worry about the pacemaker. My grandfather had half a lung removed at age 60 because of lung cancer. He was a pretty heavy smoker and he came up just short of 100. So you should have a long time to enjoy the young ones.

Switching gears. I am just surprised you didn't keep a little out there to play the <1% game.

Have a good one my Jedi Master.

With only 5 trading days left in September, I opted to be scared !

I certainly will ! Thanks !:)

Finding out that Grandpop walked the streets of Brooklyn with a Box and Brush was kinda neat.
He made between 0.01 - 0.05 cents a shine (both shoes of coarse). But to hear him tell the story,
it was always walking uphill both ways, to and from school. (LoL)

JTH, start the tradition and let Great Grandpop live through your words. Even if your Grandchildren think its corney now, later in life they will truley understand and tell their own about how cool Grandpop and his stories were.;)

Had to take a break my good friend - so it's my first visit in quite awhile.

2 part question:

Part 1 - Yes - purest of the pure and absolutely the most beautiful and adorable little girl that's ever been born.

That is a non-biased; totally objective observation

Part 2 - I'm going to have to say YES on that one too.

Thanks so much for letting all of us enjoy her and the happiness you have.

I love having talks with my grandmother. She is the last grand parent I have. Don't get her on a role about Prohibition, she'll have ya LYAO and according to her those that thought the Great Depression was tough were wussies.

She's beautiful Grandpop. Have a great day.

Yesterday I thought that I got out a day too late ! Today I'm thinking
"Thank Goodness" for bailing when I did. The key number in the S&P was
1075 for me. Yesterday, Intraday hit 1080 then pooped out. A Dip ? Maybe !
A Correction ? Hmmm, could be ! Better out than in ? Ok, you get the point !
Good Luck Everyone ! ;)

SB my Jedi Master is everything OK? You haven't posted in 10 days. Not normal it is.

Hi Nasa,

I'm o.k........ I had a defibulator implanted into my chest and I'm having a
few problems right now. I see the Cardiologist on Wednesday to discuss all
concerns. My TSP money has been in the (G)arage and will remain there
until I can return to active TSP duty. For right now, Oxy is my friend and I
dare anyone to come between us ! (LoL). C3PO and R2D2 have nothing on
me ! I'm sure this is how Lee Majors felt after his first Bionic procedure. So
fear not my young apprentice. BostonScientific will make me better then
before. Hmmmm, I wonder if it gets Free Cable signals as its made by the
same company that made my cable convertor. (LoL). Thats comforting !

Hey SB, I figured that must be what's going on when you went so quiet. Good to see you back. Cuddle that little one and make her giggle. Just don't let her tip the oxy over! :)

SB,

Nice to hear from you. OK, try to follow this.... my sister-in-laws father-in-law had a pacemaker and I know it took a few trips to get it fine tuned sort of speak. :cheesy: Glad to hear everything is going well.

Hey you can't beat free HBO. Maybe you can tune in one of those all music stations and hear the songs..... Oh, never mind you might get one of those songs stuck in your head playing over and over and over again.

SB, glad to see you post. You are the trooper! I've been following implanted pace makers since my uncle had one implanted about 8 years ago - they are dramatically smaller, better, smarter - and they work very, very well (and not, when they're suppost to do nothing). nsurf9

ps - that's one beautiful widget!
