sniper's Account Talk

Wall street doesn't care about government employees, they actually hate us so this government shutdown bogeyman wasn't gonna scare me out of my S position

Looks like I was a little early, that's ok. Good thing I didn't pull the trigger on TNA just yet, but I'll be looking for that soon.

Holding BIB & S fund for next month.

I think in the short term they will pull back (BIB especially), but my system follows more of an intermediate/long-term strategy & it's telling me to stay in.

Wow looks like that breakout level of 94.5 might be tested sooner than I expected :P

If that level fails then next resistance is around the 50-day, could be a good entry point

BIB stopped out at +30%, was fun while it lasted haha.

Good for you. I almost sold the other day when it crossed above 105. I have my stop loss at 93.80, if it goes that low I'll get out with a nice but smaller profit. ;)

I am also holding IYT-Transportation Index.

Jumped back into BIB about 2.2% less than where I sold it. Good luck in the upcoming week :)

The highlighted area was one of the levels I was keeping an eye on. If it could hold that breakout level (around 94.5) the uptrend is looking good to continue on upward.

What amazed me was there was no news or any other event that drove the recent sell-off. I imagine someone with a large investment sold and others simply panicked and jumped ship. Time for a rebound. :)

profit taking, panic selling in response, triggered sell stops drove the prices is my guess. i'm with ya on that rebound talk :)

Yeah, like where have you been, Dude?

Around, nothing really made me change my position on holding S fund until a couple days ago, I made an IFT into C :)

Taking a more hands-off approach to trading / investing I guess also made me visit these sites less :P

Nothing new, other than finding out I got promoted to GS11, woop woop

Still on C fund and holding BIB, it's been a crazy ride but profitable so far
