Are you a gambler?

Quick and sweet, the risk taker in me is going to make a play, maybe not all in. The C, S and I fund charts all put in nice bottoming tails, but I like the I fund as it is finding support at the 200 sma AND the dollar has been on a massive rally and due a pull back. Risk, risk, risk.............. In a perfect world the play is tomorrow, but the TSP is a dog for traders.

On a personal note, I call my Republican Representative's local office and ranted to the office gal how disgusted and fed up I was that their party, the stone walling and the lack of compromise. Their opening salvo was to shore up the DoD on the backs of seniors, the poor, and federal workers while continuing to vehemently defend tax loop hole for big oil companies that are making RECORD PROFITS!!!! I'm not for corporate taxation, but come on. I continued to tell her that I was a Marine Gulf war veteran and that there are 22 aircraft carries in the world and we have HALF OF THEM, and we can afford to make some cuts to defense like maybe getting out of the business of shoring up all the other countries like the $1 BILLION they want to appropriate to the FREAK'N ISRAELIS FOR MISSILE DEFENSE!!! How about keeping that money in this country?

Is is just me or did you notice how the market basically shrugged off everything on a sell off Friday. JPM, Greece, France, etc. Don't know how to feel other than cautiously optimistic.

Call my Rep. again to tell them we don't need to build a $5 billion East Coast missile defense system that the pentagon does not think is necessary or want and they don't need to give $1 billion to Israel for their missile defense. Tell them to get their own damn money for missile defense and not on the backs of our seniors, poor, and federal workers.

Edit East Coast....................hum covering Washington's asses screw the rest.

Biopsy

Biopsy went well, I got to sit with her while they did it. When they say large needle biopsy they really mean small pipe biopsy. It gave me the willys several times, now the wait for the results.


When it rains it pours, for those who don't know me I have been fighting Thyroid Medullary cancer for 14 years. Three months ago they detected a small mass on my lungs under sternum. My three month follow up on Wednesday show significant growth and it has metastasized. Next week I suspect I will be going under the knife again. Waiting sucks over a three day weekend.

Please pray for me too. Cancer is a bitch.
