I'm with you on that. I don't know the details, nor whether it was in response the the new law just passed, but sooner or later the Gestapo is coming to get you unless we put our feet down and support our CONSTITUTION !!!!

If you don't like The Constitution, amend it or leave the country; your choice.

There are just too many ways for it to be abused. I would assume the ACLU will take it to court...

Agreed

Just pointing out that this is not a partisan bill, it's a "we elected officials don't want to have to deal with real people issues" bill. They'd rather stick to lunches and fundraisers with lobbyists who pay them to "learn" how to vote.

I collect the data, whether I post it here is another story. These last 3 weeks have not been fun, and now I am 3 weeks behind on my Masters class... grrrr, I hate writing.

The markets are at a pivot point, if things degrade (some say the market internals are failing) then we may see some serious downside; nevermind, not serious, just maybe to the 1350-1355 range. Then a rally up to new highs.

I have thought for months that a correction is going to happen, and my portfolio has shown the stupidity of those thoughts. I now have until the end of the year to break even. Lesson learned: don't force a trade on the market. Have targets, set stops, and don't bet the farm on any one trade... oh, AND DON'T TOUCH VOLATILITY ETFs...

As usual, just my 2 cents.

Now, back to my 10 papers (3-1000 word, 6-500 word, and a 5-10 page research paper) due to catch up on my class (each week it takes me puts me more behind).
