Okay, so the groundhog "DID NOT" see his shadow, which means an early spring. Over the last few days, I have noticed the Canadian Geese beginning to head north, which is my indicator that spring is on the way. On top of that, pitchers and catchers reported to Orioles training camp today, with their first workout on Wednesday.

Yep, spring is definitely on the way... Wahoo!!!

So this Sunday it will be time for another retirement adventure. Wife and I will be flying to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. Something we have both been wanting to do for some time now. Got a grocery bag filled with beads for tossing to the masses and ready to chow down on some good Cajun cuisine.

Life is to short to do nothing in retirement!

Thanks nasa. At first I was confused about the "crazy float drivers", but then I remembered oh yeah, parades. Laughing at myself for a "duh" moment.

I'll do my best. Be careful who you toss the beads to. You might get a response that could be embarrassing. Hopefully your wife is open minded.

No worries there. She has been well versed on what may happen when beads get tossed and is okay with it. Her philosophy is look but don't touch, have fun, but behave. The truth be known, she actually gets a kick out of watching me get embarrassed.

Note for nasa1974: Didn't toss any beads, but I got a great picture of my wife posing with a guy dressed up as the St Pauli Girl. It was a hoot!!!

Note for Whipsaw: Dude you were doing so well this year and in one week bam!!! But you have been there before and I have seen you claw your way back. I'll be rooting for you to turn it around. Hang in there buddy!

They'll never do it, but I would think this would be a good time for the TSP Board to make a bold move and provide one extra IFT for anyone to use this month.
They could do that easily with just an email to all members, to help out those of us that have no IFTs left that might want to get back in at an obvious bottom (as if there is such a thing, clearly the market is not following any rules this time).
I imagine it would take them several years and a half-billion dollars to reprogram the computers to allow one extra IFT though.
