I would really like to talk about your Real Estate deals. I have been looking for sometime and have made a few HUD offers. Anyways I'm not sure this is the place for it. Wouls you share some of your insight in the proper place.

Shaggy, create a topic in real estate section and i'll give my input... HUD... I like them... Paperworkwise, they are very tedious but worthwhile once you get the hang of it... Thanks...

OK... I will not move for Wednesday. However, I'll be going 100i before 1200 est Thursday, 5/26/05.

Hmmm... I've never been successful with the I fund. We'll see what happens on Friday. Rod said something about being in the I fund by Friday to be in position for Tuesday. I didn't understand what he said and I am hoping that he'll read this so that he can elaborate with his theory.

Good luck all... End of the month is coming up. Tally should be out next week from Fundsurfer....

EFA YTD = -2.50%. Listed as a 64% sell. Its on the charts but in the red.
Data is from Bearish period Jan-May.
We have turned bullish. EFA is off its support level of 155.
Due to a lack of funds in TSP and not wanting too much in the S fund. I went about 8% I fund. However, it doesn't have a good track record this month. If it doesn't pay I'll probably re-allocate the 8% back to the C fund.
If they could keep Krude under 50 I wouldn't worry. Once Krude gets 50-55 the market starts to worry. Above 55, panic starts setting in. But it's been this way for over a year.
I'm getting very close to rolling everything over to the G fund. It's day to day for me!

I haven't been successful with the I fund. Right now, I like what I am seeing in the c fund but only for certain day (Monday to be exact). I was watching crude yesterday and this morning and it is beginning to rise again. If crude goes up more, I will definitely be moving 50g and the rest is what I will move around for stox. Thanks for the info... :^

Going 50c50s before 1200 est Friday, 5/27/05.

I think that next week would be a continuation of this week. Just like what Tom had said, there will will ups and down for the next few weeks but overall, they should give us some good profit.... :^

Pyriel,

The markets at certain turning points has a tendency to do what most people least expect - like run up over 200 points. The pressure and momentum are there, ready to squeeze the mighty shorts. I need to see blood in the streets from the wounded bears- that sounds harsh - but it's reality. They have to be downed. There is so much money wanting to get in atlower prices-and if the pull back does not come that money will chase the market all the way up- forcing the market to be overbought for a number of months.

Suggest you put away your pistols for the moment and enjoy your current positions. The corrections that we get from now going forward will only be minor - everything will happen under the radar screen of the Dow and sp500 without much impact to the downside - a side ways rotational correction has already started, I think, at least it feels that way. I notice more folks are getting a piece of this current action which is good. Keep an eye on Greg- he's already at 2% C fund. Contrarian play.

Wow, talk about the herd making their moves.... Is it something that Tom wrote? Or are they just taking profit from May bullish month? I would have to agree with Tom that his indicator is always giving him a signal too early. I also agree with Mike that this Fridays job report might bring the market down. I also see people going to I fund. That fund is really down and might be a good buy but with what is going on with Europe, should we wait until the dust settle? Funny how the market today went so high then started dropping after 2:00 pm just like the c fund lost its ground on the last 30 minutes yesterday. What to do? That is the big question...

If you don't mind waiting, then now is the time to move to C, S, and I. We might see a little retracement but all the TA's are pointing toward our goal of 1250-1260 area. Now itseems safe to buy and hold. Today I sold C andI.I am planing to get back in tomorrow or Friday at a lower price.

Good luck and again ... thanks.

going 100i before 1200 est Thursday 6/2/05.

Been burned by this fund so many times so I don't know why i'm going 100i. Historically i fund has done better than c/s on Fridays. Also think that i fund will be down since the the dutch rejected the EU.

going 100c before 1200 est Friday 5/3/05.

A littlebirdtold me that i fund will be up this week. And son of a gun, she is right. I fund didn't go down even though the Dutch voted against the EU. C fund has been up 14x vs. down 3x this year. With market condition still ripe, i'd put my money where it is statistically possibleto get a return. Then again, I've been losing $$ that I feel like Santa. The only difference is that it is not December.

CitizenandGmanare two posters that you don't hear alot from this board. They may be quiet but they pack a good wallop. They are currently 5.49% and 5.29% respectively since Jan 05. They also don't move much. Justmy observation...

Going 100g before 1200 est Monday 6/6/05.

That was the strangest thing that happened with the I fund on Friday. Almost 1% lost but the fund only went down 1 cent. Hmmmm.... Very baffling that i fund is... Hope the c fund goes recovers Monday then to g fund i'll sit to get that penny.
