Post Your "12-Month Personal Rate of Return"

13.31% per my online account, checked on Jan 1, 2011. However, my account is still showing my balance as of close of business on Dec 30, 2010, and it doesn't appear have been updated with Friday's numbers. It shouldn't make too much difference on the end of year personal rate of return - 13% is fine by me.

12-Month Personal Rate of Return: 19.66%

Well that was surprising. Not sure what to make of it. I haven't looked at it much since it just seemed to be an arbitrary value that I couldn't do anything with. (Though if it was negative I would sure be digging into why.)

But I'll show the wife!!! Look Hun, I told you I know what I'm doing. lol
Have a safe New year everyone.

To All,

My PIP is wierd. It's been wierd all year. Sometimes it matches Quicken and effectively matches the AutoTracker; sometimes its way off. I think I have a tendancy to swing returns more than most.

Anyway, to prove I ain't only bragging...

My current PIP is: 6.96%

I think the PIP is generated for a date late in the previous month... That seems to match my expectations... Also, I've noted that the PIP isn't changing mid month...

Yea i think you're right on what you've said. My PIP is lower than most here 13.ish% even though I'm outperforming most on the tracker. Probably because I no longer contribute to the account.

Amen. Not too many with low returns will post theirs.

But, I am glad for those of you doing well.

It would be bragging if I had done something amazing or wise... just managed to sit in the S fund most of the year (but not the whole year) and hope for the best and got marginally lucky.

Wish I had used Sentiment Trader

but, not so bad.

20.23%

I agree, or maybe Intrepid's trading. I am watching both now.

I didn't know about this site (and the good advice) and was just guessing on my own. Made 9.94% for the past 12 months according to my TSP.gov account.
