Re: PIP

I'm up 2.36% in the PIP.

I'll be standing by with my investment newsletter for anyone who calls.

Bueller, Bueller...

I've been waiting right by my phone. No calls yet. I'll keep a line open for you:p

The funny thing is that last year was my first year out of the top quintile in the AutoTracker (I think), but I cannot seem to gain on the YOY PIP even though I seem to be having a pretty good return this year. I'm kinda old and kinda slow and very confused. I actually thought I could brag up big numbers because I lost so much last summer. Oh well. Must show more modesty.

You did better than all the funds. According to TSP the 12 month returns on the C/S/I funds are:

C= 5.55%
S= -1.54%
I= -13.51%

Your Personal Investment Performance (PIP) for the past 12 months ending 06/30/2012 is
7.91%.

Not the 12%+ I aim for but it still gives me a warm fuzzy knowing that I'm managing my own money and beating the G fund :)

Your Personal Investment Performance (PIP) for the past 12 months ending 06/30/2012 is so bad the FRTIB will not allow it to be posted due to concerns about loss of your self esteem and possible ensuing litigation.
