Even though I lost some in May, my 12 month rate of return is still within my goal.

Mine sucks and is only about 3%. I've been trying to follow the "LMBF" plan for the last year or so but don't seem to be doing well at all. I see the recommendation for Intrepid Timer. Is that what most of you recommend for best performance? I've been in TSP now for over 15 years and have a fairly substantial amount of money in my account. With my limited investment knowledge it's difficult to decide what strategy and advice to follow.


My advice is to put it all on black, MHO.
