I've only been in the TSP about a year and a month, and I've had a bad and mis-timed 2014. I'm sitting at -8.12% for my 12-month...

11/30/2014 is 14.98%.

Long time lurker and wanted to come out of the shadows a bit. I have learned much from the many more financially knowledgeable members. The structure of TSP with the limited number of funds, but allowing a few IFT without penalties have made me a more engaged investor. So, thank you to many.

I want to say how strange this yr. has been for the C fund to so dominate the other funds including S. I congratulate the many that had the vision to correctly invest in it. I have been mostly in the S fund with a couple of fortunate IFTs. I am currently wondering when to go to the I fund. Good luck to all and happy Holidays.
