Nothing as of yet. My Neighbor told me this last weekend that the job is not going to come through for awhile. Same old story with all the companies. It's an easy out for any company at this point. We have to let you go or we are not hiring.

On the upside. I went and saw my old Boss today. He was Happy to see me, We talked a little but neither one of us would give in to our Hatred against each other last year. I would be willing to give him another year with me if he would just be a nicer guy. He is very nice when your not on the clock but a bastard when you are. Anyway my mind is open to another year with him. :)

You've made a very good impression on all of us.

Maybe things will work out better than you realize; and maybe you're as much in place to help him be a 'nice guy' on the clock as you are to 'do a good job and stay busy'.

I noticed that FREQUENTLY when I was in the Service. As soon as they went to E4 or worse (a Non Commisioned Officer - Sgt) their demeanor totally changed and they became super idiots.

You express yourself very well Poolman - maybe a little heart to heart would make HUGE CHANGES. ie. "Mr Bojangles, you and I seem to have a genuine respect for each other and off the clock you're one of the nicest guys I know. You know you can count on me to do a good job and I'd never do anything to damage your reputation or do anything to hurt the company. I don't know if you realize this - but often I feel you don't trust me or somehow I feel like I'm bothering you or something and that's really hard for me to deal with. Is there anything I can do to improve our relationship or something I can do that I'm not doing already? I guess the feelings I've been getting (whether intentional or not) have been wearing on me over time and if there's anything I can do to turn that around I'd like to be able to interact with you on the clock as well as we do off the clock."

I know I don't anything about you Poolman - other than the impression you've given here...but I can't help but believe your boss would be happier with a better relationship as well.

No change for me today. Better market #'s are coming before the end of

the month. It has been a F' d up ride but I will have a positive return for

Jan / 09.

I can now see that wall street is giving the ppt or government the chance

show it's hand. We do not have a clue as to how much or little will Obama

give us. I can still see the light at the end of the tunnel. I think I can still

get out of this mess by the end of next week with a gain. Unbelievable
