I'm looking for a Big Move Up short term to Bail.

That's the same move I'm looking for, but I'm definitly looking to get out before the BIG 3 Auto makers reveil their "plan"

Didn't take long for this market to sell off. Heck I even took some profit off Ford! Now I'd like to see if we break through the previous lows. :worried:

Market's are funny. I do think we will go lower tomorrow. All Economic news was dismissed last week with the Hope of Obama getting us out of this mess.

Now Reality is setting in. We Have to look at the Report's. We will test the Lowe's this week.

News will still dictate but we are used to seeing Bernanke, Paulson, and Obama. A Rate cut is already priced in.

I will jump in when I think it is Rite. What a day Today though. Wow.

Tomorrow is going to be interesting. OSM'S will Tank Tonight...:worried:

It was more selling than I expected. I'm riding the snake, but chipping away at my losses. Might toss in the other 25% if we do this again tomorrow. Gotta see how it shapes up. No doubt more bears were minted today. That's what I want.

I think your setup is good. Probably would have done the same thing. You got much better pricing for the 25% today.

I would probably wait till we turn the corner or think we will turn the corner before putting in more.

I messed up last month. The Volatility is very extreme. Be Careful.

That was a pretty good retracement today. I haven't watched Ira yet or caught up on some other sites. I was looking for weakness through Tuesday and I suspect we'll see more selling the first half of tomorrow's session. If it's another big move to start the day we could see a bounce by the close.

Aside from the size of the move it's still playing out as I expected. Not sure if that makes me feel any better though. :suspicious:

This is how I look at it.

If the Market's stay relatively contained in a certain price range headed in whichever direction and continually headed that direction during the day
unless there is Big News it will continue in that direction.

I watch it and see it all the time. JMO

I think we all need to relax and think about the Big Picture. When would be the Best time to Get In / Out and make the most amount of money in the month of December/2008.

This is for the Trader's and not the one's that are in Full/Time.

It could be Tomorrow but I want to know we are all thinking ahead.

I will also study this tomorrow...

Hi Pool,
Wow! What a day. Did'nt get a chance to look until now. What or who died? I was expecting somewhat of a pull-back and gradually testing the lows--but in one day? OH WELL--just another 8% or so to drop? Kept 10% in C. I think we will get close to the low of 11/20, although some are thinking lower. I hope the big boys don't ruin it for everyone by killing the market place as we know it. Right now it feels like house odds.

Something to think about..

I think today might have a good bet to be in, then out at COB. I think there's a good chance we test 11/20 close. That's -11% on S fund. That could happen by mid december, very possibly before or on options expiration on the 18th, 19th for e-mini. So that might be a second chance to be in on a bounce off of that. A VIX futures analysis was pointing to volatility to show about 2.8% a day over the next 6 months!! Daytrader heaven.
