Poolman's Account Talk

As to the Risk/Reward Scenario I feel compelled to stay in the G - Fund for now.

This sums up my inability to commit to this market. The top of the bollinger band is at 1080 which just so happens to match the previous intraday 23 September swing high. My emotions compel me to jump in, but the Spock in me tells me this wouldn't be a logical trade to take.

I disagree, the Spock in you should tell you this would be a logical trade to make.

Problem is, at these levels it's a 10-15 point gain and I want more... :D
Well, we're barely holding onto the 1064 line and it would have been nice to have you along for the ride...hopefully this pullback will not scare the timid for tomorrow.

Believe me I'm feeling missed opportunities regret...

Heard it before. It will make you think twice before dumping your gold but we've heard these astronomical figures before. Back when I bought mine at 500 they touted 2500. Bottom line unless you think the world currencies are going to be worthless, gold is just an investment. Period.
You buy and sell just like any other investment.

Poolman: the `Hidden Gems' this fellow speaks of - is that his term for certain stocks he favors?

Yes Grandma,

These are stocks that he considers that will go up or Breakout. These Hidden Gems may not be long term plays but a place to make Fast Money. :)

Hello Poolman,

Can you please post those links that are free, so that any of us might save and open from our PCs? Some time ago you were kind enough to post the links. Other members did likewise. However, some of those links later became pay sites. Your help in this matter will be appreciated by many other members as well. Tia

Airlift,

The Majority of the Videos that I post are posted on YouTube. If I like the Videos what I do is subscribe to it. That way when a new video comes out from that person I will see it and I can watch it and decide whether I want to post it or not. There is not a per say website that that I get the majority of my videos from other than I am a subscriber to it on youtube.

For Example the Video I just posted. If you double click on it you can watch it at the youtube site. If you like it you can subscribe to it. Look in the upper right hand corner to see subscribe. Also you need to be a member of youtube which is Free. I hope this helps. :)

So tomorrow would be a bad day to head for the woods ...if there is a big drop, Friday would have been the day to vacate, had avoiding any loss been in the plans ?
TSP counters figure Monday's too, or just skip from Friday to Tuesday's report? I ask this every holiday - I need to engrave it on the monitor....
TYIA - grandma
