I also took DRP and am set to retire on 9/30/. I completed my Retire.OPM application 27 days ago and it says mine is still under HR Review (unassigned on their system). It took a few days to go to "HR Review".
I also sent my agency assigned retirement specialist an email around that time and have not heard back from them. I assume you got the automated email that asked us to be patient and they would get us all retired and paid timely, that came out a week or so ago.

During this phase, you will continue to receive interim payments. Interim pay is a portion of your estimated annuity payment (approximately 60–80% of your finalized net payment for most people). The only deduction taken from interim payments is for federal tax.

Retirement Finalized: Deposit of your first regular monthly payment.
The payment date for your annuity is always the first business day of the month and the payment is for the prior month. OPM will issue an adjustment payment to make up the difference between your interim and finalized annuity amount.
