Funny how things change over the years. Back in the 1970's we had above ground fuel tanks in the Air Force at the Missile Control Centers. I remember guys changing oil in there cars and letting the oil run out on the ground. Get arrested today for that move.

TEHRAN, Iran – Tehran has shrugged off a new European Union ban on the purchase of Iranian oil, with officials declaring that the country can find new markets for its oil.
Some commentators are declaring that Iran should cut the flow of crude even before the new measures go into effect in July, to punish Europe, while others say the embargo is a "gift" which will allow the country to diversity its economy.

I thought thay also froze certain Iranian bank accounts. That will have impact as well.
