Probably not!! The TRAN is the only index that I see displaying a Triple Top, although many think the Tran is the Market Leader it could be nothing (but you never know?). Bonds are very finicky, and the bond Market closes at 15:00 I think. Bonds are effected by many things and do not always move up when the Markets move down. A down move in the 10 and 30 year bond Market is a UP move in AGG which is the "F" fund in TSP. Agreeably it is strange for bonds to be down this much when the Market is just a little over flat, but that happens, how does the Dollar look?

Best of luck

Treasurys rally as Bernanke stresses low inflationFed futures pare bets on rate hikes
By Deborah Levine, MarketWatch
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Treasury prices gained ground Tuesday, pushing short-term yields to the lowest in two months, as Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke told Congress that he expects inflation to remain subdued through 2011 and that the central bank had the tools needed to end its many market-supporting programs.
Bernanke also said the Fed will keep interest rates low for an extended time. The central bank's target overnight lending rate between banks is currently set at a range of zero to a quarter of a percent.
Two-year-note yields [
UST2YR] declined 6 basis points, or 0.06%, to 0.92%. The yield fell as low as 0.86%, the lowest on a closing basis since May 21.
Shorter-term securities are usually more sensitive to expectations for the Fed's target lending rate.
Ten-year-note yields [
UST10Y] fell the most in two weeks -- by 13 basis points to 3.47%.
Bond yields move in the opposite direction as prices.
"Relief in the bond market was palpable" that the Fed has an exit strategy, said analysts at Action Economics. "Identification of the escape route, along with a caustic missive on the fiscal outlook, worked as conceived to drive long-term yields lower." [more]
