Last week was interesting. What kind of surprises will this week bring?

Haven't had a nice week like this in a long time. So, what will July bring?
With the nice weather the sticky pants are now shorts, a little more comfortable with the higher humidity and all. A new box of depends in the closet just in case.
Everyone have a good weekend and a safe 4th of July.

This past week was interesting for the "S" fund to say the least. What will next week bring?

Speaking of the "S" Fund, I clicked on the chart at the bottom of the page, the 1 year expanded S-Fund chart appears to be forming a huuuuuge pennant. Take a look, lower highs and higher lows... :cool2:

Another good day for the "S" fund. I'm no expert and hard to tell from the charts. Was there a gap between yesterday and today? Thinking I might have to put on a fresh pair of sticky pants just in case.

You were right to think the S-fund chart gapped up this morning, but that gap was pretty much filled in the morning trading. It shouldn't be a consideration for technical traders tomorrow.

Yesterday stunk but overall, the week was good. It would be nice if we had a repeat this coming week.

So earlier this week I got an email from TSP explaining their new virtual assistant AVA. Has anyone put AVA to the test yet?

Not a great week but not a bad week either. Thursday was a little scary and I was waiting for the big drop mid-day yesterday and thankfully that didn't happen. Everyone have a great weekend and fingers crossed for August.

Well August didn't start out very well. Let's hope this week is better.

So, how does the rest of the week play out for the "S" fund? The previous two weeks Monday was pretty positive and then the bottom fell out for the rest of the week. Yesterday was positive but barely. Good luck to everyone. Fresh pair of sticky pants on just in case.
