Well I ended up at -4.22% and number 514 on the Tracker. Not as good as I hoped but in my real account YTD I am 1.65% and finished just on the positive side for the month (0.02%). Hoping for the best for today.

When I left work I thought maybe the S fund might finish just a little bit on either side of zero. I know a -0.53% is not that big of a deal but what the heck happened at 3:30?

Well December didn't open as badly as November. There may be hope for some positive earnings this month. Right now futures are up anticipating the jobs report. Also Asia closed mostly up and Europe looks good for the moment. Good luck today.

The smart money not wanting to leave anything in there for the after hour traders to siphon away. :)

On a positive note, the futures are up this morning!!!

Postal cuts to slow delivery of first-class mail

By HOPE YEN

"WASHINGTON (AP) — Facing bankruptcy, the U.S. Postal Service is pushing ahead with unprecedented cuts to first-class mail next spring that will slow delivery and, for the first time in 40 years, eliminate the chance for stamped letters to arrive the next day.

The estimated $3 billion in reductions, to be announced in broader detail on Monday, are part of a wide-ranging effort by the cash-strapped Postal Service to quickly trim costs, seeing no immediate help from Congress..."
