Another wild day for the NUGT/DUST system. Huge swings throughout the day, both up and down. DUST ended down over 5%, and it could technically be considered another switch. I will wait to see what tomorrow brings, as it seems this market is ripe for a lot of upcoming changes.
 
Downside pressure is just too much. Moving to the G Fund as of close of business today.

I don't know if the Auto Tracker is going to work. I put in the IFT, but the little progress circle has just been spinning, spinning, spinning for 15 minutes... Ugh.

Tom, should I close out the tab and try again, or should I just let it crunch and grind and chug for a few hours? I don't know if it will make the deadline time.
 
Sorry to hear you'll miss the 200 to 300 point gap up tomorrow on the open. People are looking at the Chicago PMI blowout.
 
Markets don't go up forever. Even running bulls need to stop and rest before continuing their journey. IMHO, we're rolling over.

My system switches to either NUGT or DUST based on relative strength. The strength just switched to DUST, so that's where I'd be putting my money. The last up-wave for DUST lasted about three weeks, so NUGT may be in a down wave for a while. Of couse, these things are very volatile, so you have to watch them carefully. They can turn on a dime, for no apparent reason.

Thanks, from your observations, how have they been tracking with the markets?
 
Interesting day in the markets. Dollar is soaring, bond yields soaring, PM's getting hit again, market is showing cracks, yet the VIX is placid. Just seems a bit odd.
 
S Fund, I Fund and F Fund have all three clearly rolled over. C Fund is high in the tree, clinging to it's last branches, but it's grip is getting tired and weak. Expect it to fall next week.
 
NUGT/DUST system had another fine day, and will continue to hold DUST. DUST was up another +12.4%.

URTY/SRTY system also had a nice day, and will continue to hold SRTY. SRTY was up another 1.7%.
